I broke the biggest corporate rule just to be truly seen. I know what it feels like to overdeliver, stay silent about what you really need, and push yourself to feel valued because I’ve been there too.
For 20 years, I worked in international B2B internal sales, managing accounts and navigating high-pressure environments. Outwardly successful, I often felt invisible, exhausted, and unsure if I was in the right place, trying to please everyone and take on too much.
Over time, I realized that chasing recognition was costing me my energy, my voice, and my authenticity. I wanted clarity, self-trust, and the freedom to show up fully.
Now, I coach women to stop people-pleasing, reclaim their energy, and show up authentically without compromising who they are. I work flexibly and make time to recharge through walks and bouldering, which helps me stay grounded and energized as I guide women to discover their strength, courage, and self-worth.
